No. Your landlord's policy doesn't cover any of your personal possessions. Your landlord’s homeowners policy only covers the building which you are renting. To cover your contents you will need to purchase a Renters' insurance policy which would cover your furniture, jewellery, clothes and personal items. It will also cover your personal liability if you are legally liable for bodily injury or property damage to another person.
The coverage you would need is called loss of rent. It’s business interruption coverage for apartment and office buildings that covers the rent you would have received if your building had not suffered an insured loss.

When your supplier is shut down, that is a situation out of your control. To protect your business you need to buy a policy called Contingent Business Interruption. It will provide coverage when you have to suspend your business operations as a result of a covered loss to your independent supplier.
If your location becomes damaged as a result of an insured loss and you can operate at a temporary location, you need to buy "extra expense" coverage. Extra Expense coverage will cover your costs above and beyond your normal operating expenses for you to continue operating your business at a temporary location.
It includes rent for the alternatative location, electricity and other utilities and the actual cost of relocation. Extra expense coverage is a complement to business interruption, and you should have both in order to ensure you are adequately protected.
Business interruption (BI) insurance starts when your business cannot operate as a result of a loss that is covered under your property policy. The property may have suffered a fire or other loss and operations must be shut down at that location.
BI covers the expenses that you incur to ensure that the business continues to earn profits as if there had been no loss. Coverage begins from the time of the loss and continues until the time that the business is back up and running at its pre-loss state. This time is determined at the inception of the policy, and may be from a minimum of 6 months to as much as 36 months from the date of the loss.
Business interruption insurance covers a business for loss of income as a result of a covered loss. It is also known as loss of profits coverage.
This is the first part of aclaim which You must pay. If you make a claim under your policy, whether you are at fault or not, the Excess would be deducted before any settlement is made to you.
If, at the time of the accident, the person driving your vehicle is young or inexperienced, the Deductible will be higher than the standard deductible.
