Answer: If you have a claim, you should contact the Customer Service Desk of the Claims Department at telephone number 434-6020, or 434-6000 extension 6100.  If wish to write to us you should address your correspondence to the Managing Director who will be pleased to forward it to the relevant officer who is handling your claim.
