Group life allows organizations to provide employees/members with low cost life insurance coverage. The coverage amount is either a flat amount or a multiple of the insured’s annual salary that will be paid to the beneficiary on the death of the insured. Supplemental benefits which may be provided include:

• Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D)
• Total Disability Waiver of premium
• Conversion Option

Term life insurance for dependents can be offered on an Individual basis.
